VISITOR'S GUIDE

We welcome fellow Aikido practitioners all year around. Visitors are required to register prior to attending, so that we can ensure that space is available.

About Visiting Us

Thank you for your interest in our dojo !

The dojo support fee for visitors is 2,200 yen per person, per class.

Important: This form is meant for current Aikido practitioners who wish to train with us as visitors. If you wish to book a free trial class as a beginner, please use this form instead.

Please use the form provided on this page to register. Make sure that you consult our training calendar to ensure that there will be a class on the day that you wish to attend. If registering as a group, please fill in one form for each participant. Upon reception of your form, we will reach out to you to confirm the date and provide you with the link so that you can make the payment. Payment must be made for the booking to be finalized. No payment will be possible on the day.

If you wish to visit with a group of more than five members, please contact us at least one month in advance. Include your dojo name, the name and grade of each member, and the date and class you wish to participate. Beginners cannot participate in training as visitors, we can only accept individuals already holding a kyu/dan Aikido rank.

All practitioners are expected to read the list of dojo expectations prior to attending, and to abide by them. Should an individual or group not follow those guidelines, Yokohama AikiDojo instructors reserve the right to decline participation.

Space being limited, please understand that visit requests may not always be granted, but an alternative date will be offered, when possible.
